Support the WOW’s quest to engage, educate, and inspire!
Everything we do, from our efforts to stimulate engagement with science to enhancing the education of our children and enriching our community, depends on the generosity of people like you.
WOW staff and volunteers are passionate about bringing the thrill of science and discovery to as many children as possible. You can directly impact local students by contributing to the WOW Education Fund. With your support, the museum can then offer free or reduced-cost educational programming to schools and families that could otherwise not afford it.
Michael-David Family Foundation has generously provided the community with an opportunity to support our ever-expanding WOW on Wheels program. The foundation has offered the WOW a matching grant of $15,000 to purchase a WOW on Wheels vehicle (our first!). Our staff and loyal volunteers currently travel to Atwater, Wheatland, and everywhere in between using their personal vehicles. An official outreach vehicle would not only allow us to promote the museum throughout the Central Valley, but also to expand our programming options that bring high quality science education to sites that cannot visit the museum. To match the $15,000 challenge, we need your help!
Thanks to the dedicated work of Leadership Lodi 2014, an endowment fund has been created through Lodi Community Foundation (LCF) which will help sustain the World of Wonders Science Museum long into the future. lodicommunityfoundation.org
