Did you know that real lava lamps use HEAT to change the DENSITY of some of the liquids inside of them, causing them to RISE, but when they reach the top they cool off and become heavier again, making them SINK?!?
Items needed for LAVA LAMPS:
Plastic or glass (preferably tall) bottle
Water
Vegetable oil
Alka Seltzer tablets
Food coloring-Funnel
