Bring the WOW to Your Classroom! Reservations
Invite one of our WOW Educators into your classroom for an engaging science experience for your students. Our standards-based, hands‐on activities will enrich your science curriculum and spark student curiosity about the world around them.
WOW on Wheels Information
Enrollment
- Preschool-Grade 3, up to 25 students*
- Grades 4-6, up to 35 students*
*Additional fees apply for larger classes at a rate of $7/student over the allotted amount, limit of 10 extra students per class.
**Any non-communicated additional students over the number listed on the online reservation will be billed at a higher rate. This is to provide the best possible experience for you and your students and ensure the proper amount of materials and supplies are prepared for each lesson.
Time
- Preschool = 45 minutes
- Grades K-6 = 60 minutes
- Available Monday through Friday,
up to 4 sessions per day
(up to 2 different topics per day) - Educators need a minimum of
15 minutes between each session
(unless otherwise noted).
Maximum time between each session is 1 hour.
WOW on Wheels programs are not offered August 10th – August 14th 2026. The WOW Museum will be closed this week for Employee Appreciation Week.
WOW on Wheels Program Fees
Pre-K – Grade 3:
- 1 session = $230
- 2 sessions = $400 (same topic, same site, same day)
- 3 sessions = $565 (same topic, same site, same day)
- 4 sessions = $720 (same topic, same site, same day)
Grades 4-6:
- 1 session = $300
- 2 sessions = $540 (same topic, same site, same day)
- 3 sessions = $775 (same topic, same site, same day)
- 4 sessions = $1000 (same topic, same site, same day)
*Up to 2 topics may be booked in a day, but discounts listed above apply only to the same topic. Please call for additional details or questions.

Reservation Information
Reservations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
A reservation should not be considered final until you receive confirmation from the museum.
Payment for your program is due a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your program. We accept checks, cash, all major credit cards, or a school district purchase order.
If payment is not received by the date specified on your invoice, your program may be canceled.
Cancellation policy: Within 3 weeks of the scheduled event incur a $75 per class fee. Within 24 hours no communication/confirmation of cancellation incur a 100% cancellation fee.
